Big Don’s Smoked Meats has smoked well over a thousand kilos of brisket over the last 12 months and is teaming up with Perth BBQ School to help break down some of the myths of brisket. We will explore a few of the tips and tricks side by side to help us all decide together what brisket is the best on the day.
The class will be held at Perth BBS School HQ in Maylands.
There will be lunch provided (when life hands you brisket trimmings-make burgers)
We will be putting on a few complimentary beers to help wash down the goodness.
