Christmas on the Weber growing up is 100% what sparked the very first interest in getting my own Weber kettle.
Last Christmas I saw so many people announcing they were cooking brisket for the first time through the night for Christmas Day lunch and all sorts of other craziness – don’t do it to yourself!
We’ve always kept Christmas lunch pretty traditional: ham, turkey, roast pork, sides.
This masterclass is going to focus primarily on proteins:
Glazing a ham on the Weber kettle
Smoked turkey – how to avoid dry turkey
Rotisserie pork with perfect crackle
Ham Glazed Pork Belly Burnt Ends
Grandma’s Famous Pecan Pie recipe (she got it off google)
Culminating in a Christmas meal together!
This class isn’t going to focus on traditional sides, I’m not Jamie Oliver teaching you how to wazz up the perfect roast potato. I’m thinking smoked turkey tacos, ham rolls, burnt ends etc
Couple of beers on us but will need to BYO any surplus
Plus a lucky dip Christmas present from our store when you sit on santa’s lap*
*for legal reasons we can’t let you sit on anyone’s lap anymore.
