Event Details

We will take you through a few of the wonderful things you can do with seafood on the barbecue.

The menu is subject to change based on availability but is currently:

Fish Wings

Skull Island Prawns

Hot Smoked Salmon

Glacier 51 Toothfish

Whole snapper


We will start with an entrée then prepare for a seafood feast.

Note: Our masterclass range is recommended for those who have attended our fundamentals class or have a base level of mastery on a charcoal BBQ.

BYO any alcohol you wish to consume during the class
