Central Texas BBQ is the world’s most popular style of BBQ. But Brisket is just the first part; beef ribs, pork ribs, pork butts, hand made Sausages (by Eat n BBQ), sides and keys such as fire management on an offset, finishing up with a Texas style platter.

After the wild ride of Brisket Lab we have combined the key teachings from Lab in with the newly launched Rest of Texas Class to become the Texas Masterclass so that we could enjoy it all together for one wild day!
