Veggie Masterclass May 9th 2024

We will take you through a few of the wonderful things you can do with vegetables on the barbecue.

Once you’ve been cooking meat for a while it’s good to expand your offering.
Plus, you probably don’t eat enough veggies.  Might as well make them taste great

Menu may vary on the day but so far is likely to include:

Chargrilled mushroom shawarma

Whole cauliflower

Veggie tacos

Smoked pumpkin

Fire roasted dips and salsa

Shiraz poached pears for dessert

We will start with an entrée then prepare for a veggie feast.
Might still include some meat on principle.

Note: Our masterclass range is recommended for those who have attended our fundamentals class or have a base level of mastery on a charcoal BBQ.
